Our team built two superhero costumes for the international Indonesian film GUNDALA. This build was a head to toe construction with a custom helmet that was digitally sculpted and printed. The aesthetic warranted unique wing-like shapes on the side of the helmet with specialty made goggles and mouthguard. The suit design had to accommodate heavy martial arts action. Armor pieces were sculpted and printed and cast in soft flexible urethanes to accommodate movement.
