Created hero custom tactical armor for Vin Diesel. 3D modeled - printed armor pieces made ready for a traditional molding and intrinsic casting process with knuckle armor painted and finishes in automotive flexible paint system to achieve a “gunmetal” look on a soft urethane rubber part. Tactical vest, shrugs, and greaves all draped and patterned fully fabricated pieces for reduced weight and mobility. Traditional tactical materials such as nylon danier were used to achieve an authentic look.
