Head to toe custom specialty costumes included such fabrication techniques as dye cut leather scaling over entire undersuit for both the HERO / STUNTS as well as the Background female soldier characters. All fabrics and materials custom dyed to match Designer’s color pallet. All armored parts 3D modeled - printed and made ready for either the traditional mold-casting process, vacu-casting, or rotocasting. Final casted pieces finished and painted in automotive flexible paints and candy colors.
